The North Sea appeals to paddlers who like the English, Inuit-inspired sea kayak style.
It is no secret that it was inspired by the Nordkapp, but by equipping the kayak with a rudder from the start, the keel line could be bent more.
The result is a real gem that complements our own kayak program.
If you are not too large, this is a kayak that is easy to fall in love with. It handles well in rough conditions and can be used for long expeditions such as Blå Bandet or for fitness paddling.
The North Sea is easily driven at low speeds, but resistance increases quickly above 5 knots.
It has three hatches, the same seat and rudder as the Expedition, and the same materials.
